This process could be a short telephone conversation (as is the case with many of our longtime customers) or a face-to-face meeting lasting anywhere from a few hours to several days. The output of this process is a Statement of Work (SOW) Proposal, which states the goals, nature, longevity and deliverables of the project.

In most cases we can then move directly into the development phase of the project, working independently while keeping the client informed. We are fully equipped with the latest software development tools and work offsite in most cases without requiring any of the client's hardware or software resources. A weekly status report shows the progress of our work and any open issues that need to be resolved. This model frees up the client's precious resources for other projects and tasks. During the test phase, we help the client with installation and testing of the software at the client's site. A full suite of unit tests (e.g., nUnit) are provided with the delivered software as well as a test plan to make sure the goals of the SOW are met. During this phase we make sure the client is satisfied with the delivered product.
